Harriet SEDDON was born abt 1842 Hobart Town Tasmania, Father Thomas SEDDON Brickmaker and Mother: Mary ms HURST, according to the certificate of her marriage to Henry LEWIS on 17 Oct 1866 at Creswick. [Vic 3465] Her death certificate states that it was not known how long she had lived in Victoria and I have not found shipping from Tasmania to Victoria. Perhaps she came over Bass Strait as a teenager with her father who arrived about 1860 according to his death certificate. It is not known if her mother also came to Victoria.
