TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

This is to certify that W S Guy is personally known to me as a good practical miner with a thorough knowledge of mining in all its branches. Mr Guy was at one time acting manager of the Jubilee Gold Mining Company Scarsdale, and he was subsequently appointed manager of the Jubilee Number One Company, which position he held until the mine ceased working.
I can confidently recommend Mr Guy to anyone requiring the services of an up to date Mine Manager, and would be pleased to give a personal reference if required.
