The Will of George WASLEY 1892
This is the last Will and Testament of me George Wasley Innkeeper St Ives in the County of Cornwall.
I hereby direct that all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expences be paid and satisfied out of my Effects as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
I hereby direct that after the expiration of one month from my decease my Executors and Trustees hereinafter named shal cause all monies due to be collected and all notes of Hand called in. I Give and bequeath to my grandson Francis Crase Farmer at Trevethoe in the parish of Lelant my three shares in the Union Fishing Company.
I also give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Harris Baragwanath one quarter part of the "Sloop Inn" St Ives Cornwall together with all furniture therein also the Stock in Trade she paying all demands that may be then due to all Merchants
all my Clothes I Give to my Grandson George Henry Baragwanath.
I Give devise and bequeath the residue of my estate wherever found to be equally divided among my three children namely Candance Crase, Mary Roberts and William Sandow Wasley and in the event of the death of either of the above named their portion to be divided among the Heirs and Successors of such deceased.
I hereby appoint Francis Crase of the parish of Lelant and John Tregerthen Short Ship builder in the County of Cornwall to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will. In witness whereof I have herento set my hand this twenty first day of February one thousand eight hundred and eighty eight.

Proved at Bodmin the 15th day of June 1892 by the oath of Francis Craze the Grandson one of the Executors to whom administratin was granted.
John Tregerthen Short the other Executor named in the Will having renounced the Probate and execution thereof.
The Testator George Wasley, was late of Saint Ives in the County of Cornwall Innkeeper and died on the 8th day of April 1892 at Saint Ives aforesaid.
