I have the honor to inform you that his Excellency The Governor has been pleased to allow Anne Newport a Convict to proceed to Van Diemens Land Per Ship St Michael for the purpose of entering the service of WJW Raine.
The said Anne Newport arrived in the Colony Per Ship Catherine in 1814 was tried at Dublin in July 1813 and received Sentence of Transportation for Fourteen Years.
