The Rathkeale registers pre-1742 are extant which means there is no record of the birth of Elizabeth BOVENHIZER but there is no doubt that she was a daughter of one of the sons of John/Johann/Hans Adam. Her father was most likely Peter BOVENHIZER who was a Palatine living on the Southwell Estate, Co Limerick on 29 Sep 1720 and a freeholder at Killiheen, Co Limerick in Apr 1755 [Groves Papers HJ p 21] Wife of Peter was Elisabetha who was bur 28 Dec 1762 [Rathkeale Churchbook HJ p21]

BOVENHIZER (Bobenhäuser, Bobenheuser, Bovenheiser, Bubenhäuser) is also a Palatine surname. According to Hank Jones the ancestral village of this County Limerick family is Undenheim (13k NE of Alzey) in Germany. Village records mention 'Old Hans Bobenheuser' in 1611. [p19]

Johann Adam (Han Adam) BOBENHEUSER was a husbandman and vinedresser.
Adam BOBINHEFER was head of a Palatine family in Ireland on 13 Jul 1715 and on 29 Sep 1720 he was recorded as living on the Southwell Estate near Rathkeale, Co Limerick [Groves Papers HJ p 20]
At this time, he would have been about 68 yrs old.
